* Candela MGY/MGL and Gmax pro

   Fault 3 , Is a shutter problem and has to be repaced

   Fault 5.1 Fault 5.2 is a HVPS fault and needs to be replaced

   Fault 6 is calibration issues where voltage exceeds required Joules

   Fault 7 is water related

   Fault 10 is delivery system issues (handpeice or fibre)

   Fault 12 is internal energy errors

   Fault 15 is external energy errors.

   Fault 26 is software issues just restart device and it should work

*Candela V-Beam

   Fault 4.1, 4.2, 5.1 is HVPS faults need to be replaced

   Fault 11 is wavelength issues where the DYE-KIT most likely needs to be replaced

    Fault 12.4 the Voltage drop on calibration is to high

*Cynosure Apogee/Elite

   E01 - is either a fuse fault or pump

   E16 - E17  -is a HVPS fault

   E23 - external energy error (either fibre or lenses)

   W54, W codes are warnings and need to be looked at but the system         can still be used, it will become an E error eventualy

*Cynosure Cynergy

   E33 PDL error, needs to be recalibrated and parts replaced

*Alma Soprano \ Harmony

   E16 - either the device needs to be refilled with DI water or no pressure         from pump to flow switch

   E23 - (soprano) Either diode is blown or MEG module is blown

   Simmer - ( harmony) either handpeice is broken or switching module

​

*Zimmer Cryo 5

   F16 - is the temp sensor

   F22 - The device is to warm, move device away from external heat                         source
